My Story
Hello again, I am a UX Designer focused on crafting impactful, user-centered solutions that drive engagement and business growth. Currently at ACKO, I’m transforming insurance journeys to make protection accessible and seamless for everyone. Previously at ShareChat/Moj, I led UX initiatives for a top social media platform, enhancing engagement and retention for users in Tier 2 and 3 cities.
I began my design journey at Accenture, working on enterprise software. My passion for HCI, digital innovation, and problem-solving led me to a product-focused role at ShareChat, where I designed engaging experiences for millions of users.
I've also worked with tech companies like Ziroh Labs and Chaincode Consulting, designing products from the ground up and leading the entire 0-to-1 journey—from research and wireframing to prototyping, testing, UI design, and developer collaboration.

Currently focused on enhancing ACKO’s NPS by designing and refining critical customer journeys within the Payment-to-Issuance flow, including clear status tracking and pre-issuance endorsement features.
Previously led the launch of ACKO's Term Life Insurance product from the ground up, ensuring the digital experience rivals traditional offline agent interactions. Designed the journey to empower customers with clear, accessible insights into complex insurance products, helping them make informed purchase decisions.
Contributed to the application's discovery, engagement, Time spent and retention metrics by designing features like Virtual Gifting, Moj stories, Nearby feed and redesigning experiences like Follow feed, For You feed, Explore and user profile. Also mentored Junior designers and interns.
Contributed to the application's Creator Retention, Stickiness in DAU/MAU, and Feature adoption.
Designed Features like Multiple user profile, labels on profile, Moods, Albums, Creator Hub and Inspiration Hub.
Took concepts and produced design mockups and prototypes to strengthen designs, enhance user experiences and improve interactions for enterprise platform, collaborated with in-house designers to create Atomic style guide and Design Library.
